Engaging in fun learning activities with your dog, such as obedience training and interactive games, strengthens your bond and reinforces positive behaviors. Thus, training sessions are enjoyable and rewarding for both of you.

Intro to Therapy Dog Skills

This class aims to assist dog-handler teams in learning the essential skills required for therapy dog registration. We will practice registration exercises and cultivate the skills necessary for evaluations. Dogs must remain under control, always on a leash, capable of performing basic commands, and non-reactive to other dogs.

Canine Good Citizen

Anyone looking to provide their dogs with additional training in good behavior, whether at home or elsewhere, should enroll in this class. Training for the CGC is the initial step toward obtaining therapy certification if that is your goal.

Agility

A sport in which you guide your dog through a predetermined obstacle course within a specific time limit.

Obedience

Handlers are taught basic obedience commands while on a leash: heel, sit, stay, down, stand, and come. Additional information on problem-solving is also provided.so provided.

Conformation

This class is for dogs that will be shown in the ring. Conformation dog showing is a competitive event in which purebred dogs are judged based on how well they conform to their breed standards. Judges evaluate various aspects, including structure, gait, and overall appearance, to determine the best representation of each breed.

Manners Class

This class is appropriate for dogs of all ages and covers fundamental skills, such as collars and leashes, basic commands (sit, down, come), greeting people at home and in public, and going through doors. This course is more advanced than a puppy class but not as demanding as a beginner obedience class; you should have a manageable dog in everyday life.
